Opis Final version of the DE 5.1.1 To this end, in this document mechanisms are outlined and defined for: 1. creating a suitable collaborative environment to facilitate the access to research results and technological solutions; 2. becoming a suitable resource to look for training, technology transfer and access to expertise in the performing arts field, 3. increasing awareness, confidence and building consensus of content owners and providers in the ECLAP Project and in the EUROPEANA Framework More in detail, Section 3 (Introduction) provides an introduction and an overview of the ECLAP project and of WP5 “Networking activities”. Section 4 (Working Groups – Tools) is a practical toolkit and resource guide to describe the functionalities offered by the ECLAP BPNET Portal. Section 5 (Working Group methodology) introduces a practical model and schema for WG activities. Section 6 (Working Group Integration) focuses on workflow of the WGs. Section 7 (General Guidelines) and ANNEX I provide general guidelines and rules for workshop management. This report will be updated at M10.
