Kirjeldus The aim of the ECLAP project is to create a considerable online archive and portal for all the performing arts in Europe, which will also become searchable in Europeana. ECLAP is creating a best practice network, and is going to develop best practise guidelines covering key areas of making digitised performing arts accessible, such as metadata and content modelling, content enrichment, IPR issues and management, and tools for education and leisure use. This will result in cultural enrichment and promotion of European culture, and in improvements in learning and research in the field of performing arts. This deliverable described the first requirements and use cases that are needed in order to set up the ECLAP Social Service portal, which will provide access to a wide range of performing arts contents and various tools and services for the ECLAP target users. Furthermore, the goal of this deliverable is to provide input which can be used to develop the functional specifications of the ECLAP portal.
